The organization formed back in 2002 as Preciant Hosting LLC, with a goal to provide superior hosting at a competitive price. After designing and hosting many different customer sites, we found that there was a great demand for inexpensive, yet fully-functional and professional e-commerce tools. Many of our customers desired to have shopping cart systems and other e-commerce programs, but lacked the revenue to create such progams themselves. In order to provide better service to them and future customers, we decided to invest our time searching out and finding Open Source tools that would fit their needs AND their budgets.

After discovering the satisfaction that most of our customers were experiencing with their new e-commerce tools, we decided to target our business toward Open Source e-commerce solutions, for small to medium sized business. Our goal is to provide affordable, yet professional and personalized service to each of our customers; by providing them with excellent support and a large variety of Open Source tools to assist them in building their e-commerce business; all at a minimum of cost. We also want our customers to be able to get everything they need, without having to look everywhere to find it. We aim to provide everything our customers desire, whether is just be affordable hosting, basic design services, or an entire web site and company e-commerce solution.
